It was stated that global and regional conditions will continue to change rapidly in 2026, and situations leading to a domestic trade deficit in the computer, electronic products, and components sector will be addressed by the relevant ministries.
Import and Export Solutions
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to work with enterprises that have a large gap between import and export turnovers to find concrete solutions by September 2026.
Priority of Technological Mastery
The Ministry of Science and Technology prioritizes supporting domestic enterprises to research core technologies in semiconductors, integrated circuits, electronic materials, and automation, and to master these fields.
Financial and Fiscal Policies
Authorized institutions such as the Ministry of Finance and the State Bank of Vietnam are carrying out work regarding tax and credit policies in order to develop the sector and support enterprises.
