Parakeet Health is preparing to integrate its AI-based conversational platform into dermatology processes through an agreement with Qualderm, which supports nearly 160 practices across 17 states.

Parakeet Health has entered into a comprehensive partnership with Qualderm, one of the country's major dermatology organizations, to address specialized care access challenges. Through this collaboration, the goal is to fill unused appointment capacities and optimize processes.
Operation of the Artificial Intelligence Platform
Qualderm will use Parakeet's conversational AI platform to automatically reconnect with patients who cancel or miss appointments, or delay follow-up care. The system automates patient access workflows bidirectionally across voice, SMS, fax, and email channels.

Jung Park, the company's co-founder and CEO, stated that the platform improves the patient experience while generating revenue for clinics. The AI evaluates provider schedules and clinic requirements, interprets clinical intent, and completes appointment processes within existing workflows.
