Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin and Georgian Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze signed an agreement providing for cooperation in the field of education between the two countries during official contacts held in Tbilisi.

Official Visit to Tbilisi

Visiting Georgia's capital Tbilisi for official contacts, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin met with Georgian Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze at the ministry building.

Signing Ceremony and Meeting Details

Following the bilateral meeting between the two ministers, which lasted approximately one hour, an official signing ceremony was held for the agreement that will further advance educational relations between the countries.

Minister Tekin's Evaluations

In his speech after the signing ceremony, Minister Tekin stated that Turkey is increasingly strengthening its relations with neighboring countries and emphasized the importance of the agreement made with Georgia.

Minister Tekin stated that the strengthening of cooperation relations with neighboring countries will directly contribute to peace, human rights, and democracy in the region.
