Turkish ID Cards Will Be Used as Museum Cards in Museums and Archaeological Sites
A digital transformation process has been initiated in 216 museums and archaeological sites across Turkey in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Türk Telekom.

Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy received the Türk Telekom delegation at the Ministry within the scope of efforts to create a new generation visitor experience in museums and archaeological sites.
Scope of Digital Transformation
With the project covering 216 museums and archaeological sites across Turkey, it is aimed to establish an integrated digital structure ranging from ticket office operations to data security.
Technological Innovations
Within the scope of the system to be implemented with domestic and national infrastructure, smart ticketing, artificial intelligence-supported analyses, and augmented reality applications will be put into service.
Identity Card Integration
Instead of expired Museum Cards, Turkish ID cards can be used as Museum Cards, and citizens will be able to enter without waiting in line at the ticket office.
