CHP Spokesperson Müslim Sarı stated in a press briefing following the party's central executive board meeting that the Terror-Free Turkey process must be addressed with its cultural, economic, and developmental dimensions.

MYK Meeting and Agenda

The CHP Central Executive Board convened under the chairmanship of Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, and headlines on the country's agenda were addressed following the meeting.

Following the meeting, Müslim Sarı conveyed his get-well-soon wishes to the citizens affected by the earthquake in Şanlıurfa.

Terror-Free Turkey Process

Sarı argued that the process named Terror-Free Turkey yielded positive results in Turkey as well as in neighboring countries, primarily Syria and Iraq.

He stated that for a permanent solution, the issue must be evaluated together with economic development and cultural topics, alongside its security dimension.

Yeni Parti and Cooperation

Stating that they cooperated with Yeni Parti in certain local processes, Müslim Sarı criticized the statements made by Yeni Parti Chairman Özgür Özel on this matter.

Saying that they acted in cooperation with Yeni Parti in the election for the acting mayor in the Adalar, Sarı claimed that different information was provided regarding this process.

Abant Camp and Mansur Yavaş Question

Sarı stated that the parliament's agenda and CHP's political roadmap for the upcoming period will be evaluated at the Abant camp, which is planned to last for three days.

Answering the question regarding Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş's resignation from the CHP, Sarı stated that he did not want to make an evaluation on the subject.
