Galatasaray Sports Club Announces Annual Ordinary Meeting Date
The location and agenda items for Galatasaray's 2026 annual ordinary meeting have officially been clarified.
Galatasaray Sports Club has announced that the Annual Ordinary Meeting, to be held in accordance with Article 26 of the club's statutes, will take place on October 3, 2026, at the Haliç Congress Center.
Meeting Time and Location
The Galatasaray Sports Club Annual Ordinary Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Haliç Congress Center Haliç Auditorium.
Second Meeting Condition
If a sufficient majority is not achieved at the first meeting, the second meeting will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the same location and time, regardless of the quorum requirement.
Meeting Agenda
The general assembly meeting will begin with the opening, formation of the council board, a moment of silence, and the singing of the Independence March, and will continue with the opening speech of the club president.
Discussion of Reports
Within the scope of the meeting, the activity report and supervisory board report for the period between 06.01.2025 and 05.31.2026 will be read and submitted for the members' review.
Absolution and Disciplinary Proceedings
The absolution of the board of directors and the supervisory board will be put to a vote and decided upon, and applications from members who have received disciplinary penalties will also be discussed separately.
