Official Step in the Share Transfer Process
In a statement made by Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası AŞ via the Public Disclosure Platform, it was announced that a new stage has been reached regarding the transfer of the relevant company shares to the bank.
Competition Authority Permission Application
Following previous material event disclosures, an application was made to the Competition Authority on September 30, 2026, in order to obtain the necessary official permissions regarding the share transfer transactions.
