Within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the billion-lira wealth and real estate projects of Tera Holding founder Emre Tezmen, who was arrested in Turkey, Germany, Spain, and the TRNC, have come to light.

Tera Holding founder Emre Tezmen, who was detained on September 19 within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was arrested by the court he was brought to.

Properties in Turkey

According to the information reflected in the investigation file, Emre Tezmen has notable, high-value real estate and projects in Turkey.

Among these assets is a multi-story parking lot and bazaar in Istanbul's Nişantaşı, which is stated to have been purchased for approximately 2 billion liras.

Additionally, Peker Towers in Istanbul's Levent and the Tera Orman Project in Beykoz are shown among Tezmen's other notable investments.

Assets in Germany

Various real estate properties and projects located in Germany also stand out in Emre Tezmen's asset list.

Alongside a hotel and the Northgate real estate project in the city of Düsseldorf, a 72-room hotel project in Solingen is also included in this scope.

It is stated that the total value of all these assets in Germany is 200 million Euros, which is approximately 11.1 billion Turkish Liras.

Projects in Other Countries

Investments abroad are not limited to Germany alone, extending to Spain and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

It has been determined that Tezmen owns a luxury villa project in Malaga, Spain, and he also has multi-million-value sea-view plots in the TRNC.
