In the investigation conducted by the Investigation Bureau for the Financing of Terrorism and Laundering Crimes, 5 suspects were sent to prison after giving their statements.

Among the arrested individuals was Pusula Otomotiv General Manager Necmettin Enes Töbü, while 7 suspects were released under judicial control conditions.

Other Arrests in the Judicial Process

Within the scope of the investigation, Katılımevim Savings Finance Purchasing Manager-Director Engin Geylan and MİEM Yapı İnşaat IT Support Specialist Yunus Caf were arrested.

In addition, with the arrest of KL Taahhüt founder Kerem Lafçı and Tera Holding Legal Counsel Cem Gürkan Alpay, the total number of detainees in the investigation reached 56 people.

Arrest Warrant for Cengiz Avcı

It was announced that an arrest warrant was issued for businessman Cengiz Avcı within the framework of the ongoing investigation, and it was determined that he was abroad.

It was determined that Avcı generated a profit of approximately 15 billion liras through ODINE shares, converted 12 billion liras of this amount into cash, and took it abroad.

Assets Seized

A measure of seizure was applied to the bank accounts, movable and immovable properties, and other determined asset values of Cengiz Avcı, who was determined to be abroad.

On the other hand, it was noted that the passport of Astor company owner Feridun Geçgel was also seized within the scope of the investigation.
