The COP31 Business Forum New York Dialogue, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and Bloomberg within the framework of New York Climate Week, will bring together leading figures of the international business world to address the critical climate agenda.
Details of the New York Meeting
The opening speeches of the meeting, to be held at Bloomberg Headquarters, will be delivered by TOBB President and COP31 Business Forum President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Bloomberg founder Michael Bloomberg.
Action Agenda and Guest of Honor
The guest of honor of the meeting, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum, will present the COP31 Action Agenda in detail to the global business world for the first time at the United Nations.
The Private Sector's Role Panel
Important figures such as Ali Koç, Fatih Birol, Makhtar Diop, and John Denton will speak at the panel titled 'The Private Sector's Response to the COP31 Action Agenda'.
The Business World's Roadmap
TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that governments sign agreements while the business world implements them, noting that the prepared roadmap will be presented in Antalya.
