New Leadership Program from the US-Turkey Business Council
Chaired by Hamdi Ulukaya, the program aims to bring Turkish youth in the US together with American companies.
The US-Turkey Business Council has officially announced the Next Generation Leadership program, which will connect talented Turkish students and young professionals in the United States with American companies.
Purpose and Scope of the Program
This comprehensive two-year program stands out as the first professional network of its kind, bringing together students studying in the US or professionals at the beginning of their careers with American companies, universities, chambers of commerce, and non-governmental organizations.
Statements by Hamdi Ulukaya
US-Turkey Business Council President Hamdi Ulukaya, who will launch the program, emphasized that human capital is the greatest strength between the two countries and drew attention to the importance of this project.
Ulukaya stated that through this leadership program, they are investing in a new generation of leaders who will drive innovation, build strong bridges between the two economies, and forge lasting partnerships extending into future years.
Collaboration and Networking Opportunities
Within the scope of the program, participants will benefit from the extensive network of the US Chamber of Commerce—ranging from large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises—and connect with universities across the US that host numerous Turkish students.
Launch and Event Schedule
The official launch of the initiative will take place with a launch and networking event bringing together students, young professionals, and industry leaders in New York on October 26, 2026.
