September Rent Increase Rate Determined
Following the August data announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the new rate of increase applicable to residences and workplaces has been clarified.
As a result of the August inflation figures announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the ceiling rent increase rate to be applied to residences and workplaces in September was calculated as 31.79 percent.

September Ceiling Increase Rate Calculated
As a result of calculations based on the 12-month average inflation in TÜİK data, the ceiling rent increase rate to be applied in September was determined as 31.79 percent.
Previous Period Data and Practices
While the ceiling increase rate for rent and workplaces was at the level of 31.90 percent in the previous month, a 25 percent increase ceiling rule had been applied to residential rents for two years until July 2024.
