Statement from Hedef Portföy Regarding Funds in Liquidation Process

Hedef Portföy announced that the total size of the 13 investment funds included in the liquidation process on the Turkey Electronic Fund Trading Platform was approximately 31 billion TL as of September 18, 2026, and that the majority of this amount is held in liquid funds.
Total Size of the Funds
In the official statement made by Hedef Portföy, it was conveyed that the total size of the 13 investment funds subject to liquidation was at the level of approximately 31 billion Turkish Lira as of September 18, 2026.
Ratio of Liquid Funds
It was shared with the public that approximately 29.8 billion Turkish Lira of the said total size is directly located in liquid funds.
Liquidity and Default Status
In the evaluation made by the institution, it was specifically stated that none of the funds on TEFAS, whether in the liquidation process or not, contain assets that could create a liquidity problem.
In addition, it was underlined that there is definitely no liquidity shortage or default situation within the structure of the funds.
Transaction Restrictions
It was recorded that order transmission could not be made to the relevant funds from the moment the liquidation decision was taken, and transactions could not be carried out in these funds on the stock exchange and organized markets.
It was stated that other funds open to TEFAS are also currently closed to order transmission.
