Traffic Regulation in Bursa Due to Mudanya Triathlon
Within the scope of the 2026 Mudanya Triathlon organization, some roads in Bursa are being closed to traffic and bus departure points are being changed.
Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and BURULAŞ warned drivers and public transport passengers by announcing temporary traffic regulations that will be implemented in the district between September 18-20 due to the 2026 Mudanya Triathlon.
Timeframes of Traffic Restrictions
Traffic restrictions to be implemented within the scope of the Mudanya Triathlon will take place in two separate timeframes. The first phase restriction will start on Friday, September 18 at 23:30 and last until Saturday, September 19 at 17:30. The second phase will start on Saturday, September 19 at 23:30 and end on Sunday, September 20 at 13:30.
Streets and Boulevards to be Closed
During the organization, certain sections of Halitpaşa Street, 12 Eylül Street, İsmet İnönü Boulevard, İstasyon Street, and Bursa Asfaltı Street will be kept closed to vehicle traffic.
Alternative Transportation Routes
Alternative routes have been designated for drivers who will enter Mudanya with their vehicles during restriction hours. Transportation to the district will be provided via Bursa Asfaltı Street, Sanayi Street, Deniz Street, and Şehit Hakan Tamaş Street.
Public Transport and BUDO Voyages
Despite the traffic regulation, BUDO sea bus services will continue uninterrupted as planned, and special measures will be taken to ensure passengers do not experience disruptions in reaching the pier.
Change in Bus Departure Points
Buses belonging to lines 1M, 2U, F3, and F1, which normally depart from the BUDO Pier, will temporarily depart from the BURPARK parking lot located opposite the pier during the regulation.
