Operating in the construction sector, İDAKON Yapı has officially introduced its İDAPARK Yıldız and İDAPARK Paşaköy projects, consisting of a total of 433 homes on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
Two New Projects Introduced
Having completed over 500 thousand square meters of construction in the construction and real estate sector to date, İDAKON Yapı continues its investments on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul. The company aims for life to begin 30 months later in its two new projects consisting of a total of 433 homes.
İDAPARK Yıldız is Rising in Sancaktepe
Located in the Sancaktepe region, the İDAPARK Yıldız project consists of a total of 134 homes. While 75 percent of the project area is allocated to landscaping areas, apartment options include 2+1 and 3+1 types of homes.
İDAPARK Paşaköy Details
The İDAPARK Paşaköy project is being built on a total construction area of 50,949 square meters. Consisting of six blocks, the project features 299 homes and 23 commercial units, offering buyers different apartment alternatives ranging from 2+1 to 5+1.
Prices and Payment Terms
While residential prices in the İDAPARK Yıldız project start from 9 million 970 thousand TL, the starting price in İDAPARK Paşaköy was announced as 7 million 735 thousand TL. A 20 percent discount is provided to buyers making cash payments in the Yıldız project, and a 25 percent discount in the Paşaköy project.
