Yıldız Holding has published its 9th Sustainability Report regarding its 2025 performance, which drives a sustainability-focused transformation across its entire ecosystem with the "Zero-Waste Company" business model.

Yıldız Holding's 9th Sustainability Report detailing its 2025 performance has been announced to the public. The report presents numerous efforts ranging from decarbonization to renewable energy and equal opportunity.

Prepared in compliance with GRI Standards, the report subjected selected environmental and social performance indicators to independent limited assurance.

ESG Governance

Yıldız Holding restructured its sustainability governance framework in 2025 in line with regulatory requirements in environmental, social, and governance areas.

While Besler, Bizim Toptan, Penta Teknoloji, ŞOK Marketler, and Ülker published their TSRS-compliant reports, Continental Confectionery Company and Polinas shared their first reports.

Environmental Transformation

Yıldız Holding companies strengthened their decarbonization roadmaps and increased investments in renewable energy in line with the 2050 net-zero target.

Across the holding, 19,445 tons of waste were recycled in 2025, and the use of renewable energy significantly increased compared to the previous year.

Value with Stakeholders

Through SuperFresh's Women Stars of Agriculture project, purchases totaling 7.8 million TL for 7,800 tons of produce were made from female farmers.

Group companies such as Ülker and ŞOK Marketler continued to support producers, women's cooperatives, and local development through their social projects.

Technology and Innovation

Bizim Atlas, the artificial intelligence platform developed under the umbrella of Yıldız Tech, reached over 2,500 users and increased its monthly message volume.

Through Yıldız Ventures, approximately 900 thousand dollars in indirect investments were made in ventures focusing on climate technologies and sustainable agriculture.
