American Standard Hospital Being Built in Vinhomes Green Paradise Project

For the first time in Vietnam, an international multi-specialty hospital is being built from the ground up in partnership with the US healthcare system Cleveland Clinic. Vinmec Can Gio Hospital is rising within the Vinhomes Green Paradise project.

Scope and Location of the Project

Spanning a 930-hectare green ecosystem, Vinmec Can Gio Hospital is located within the Vinhomes Green Paradise development.

This initiative contributes to making the Southern region a global destination in the fields of healthcare, medical tourism, and wellness centers.

Cleveland Clinic and Vinmec Partnership

Founded in 1921, Cleveland Clinic is an academic medical system in the United States serving with 23 hospitals, over 300 outpatient clinics, and more than 83,000 employees.

This partnership established with Vinmec marks the first instance in Vietnam where involvement in the development process has been integrated right from the very beginning of the project.

Clinical Quality and JCI Standardization

The collaboration covers every detail ranging from master planning to operational system design, professional training, and quality standardization aiming for JCI certification.

Vinmec Can Gio aims to provide healthcare services at international standards by joining the global Cleveland Clinic Connected network.

Specialty Areas and Capacity

The hospital focuses on turning Cardiology and Oncology into Centers of Excellence under a multidisciplinary model, while also specializing in fields such as Orthopedics and Emergency Resuscitation.

Established on a total area of 7.4 hectares, the facility is designed with a capacity of 500 beds to serve 500,000 patients annually.
