The Bursa City Hospital Home Health Services Unit delivers examination, testing, and treatment services in a home environment to 2,700 registered patients with its expert team of 22 people and three fully equipped vehicles.
Broad Staff and Field Operations
Operating under the Bursa Provincial Directorate of Health, the Bursa City Hospital Home Health Services Unit continues its activities.
The unit provides services with a 22-person team consisting of physicians, nurses, home health technicians, dietitians, pharmacists, secretaries, and drivers.
Transportation with Fully Equipped Vehicles
The teams operate in the field with three fully equipped vehicles to meet the needs of the patients.
Within the scope of these efforts, a total of 2,700 registered patients are provided with direct medical care services in their homes.
Treatment Planning in the Comfort Zone
Family Medicine Specialist Dr. Hilal İkbal Damar stated that they visit patients in their own comfort zones.
During the visits, the examination, testing, and treatment processes of the patients are meticulously planned.
Video Calls and Prescription Renewals
For eligible patients, video calls are conducted via the Ministry of Health's remote patient evaluation system.
With this method, unnecessary hospital visits by patients are reduced while prescriptions and medical report renewals are arranged in the home environment.
