Inquiries via VssID and the Portal
The validity period can be checked in the Health Insurance Card section of the VssID application. Through the electronic portal, card validity dates and 5-year continuous insurance coverage can be viewed using online inquiry options.
VNeID and Support Lines
Card information can also be reviewed via the Document Wallet in the VNeID application. Assistance can be obtained for outdated or incorrectly displayed information by calling the customer service hotline or applying to the agency.
