Construction of Işıklar Family Health Center Nears Completion in Selçuklu
The new 918-square-meter health facility, with land provided and construction undertaken by Selçuklu Municipality, is preparing to offer modern and comprehensive healthcare services to local residents.
Construction work on the new 5-physician Family Health Center, being built in the Işıklar Neighborhood of Konya through collaboration between Selçuklu Municipality and the Provincial Directorate of Health, has reached its final stage.
Modern Healthcare Infrastructure and Technical Details
Rising in the Işıklar Neighborhood, the new Family Health Center has a total construction area of 918 square meters. Consisting of a basement and ground floor, the ownership and construction processes of the center are entirely undertaken by Selçuklu Municipality.
The facility will feature 5 family physician rooms, a laboratory, a blood sampling unit, an emergency response room, a baby care room, a pregnancy monitoring room, as well as nursing and training rooms, designed to meet all the needs of citizens and healthcare workers.
Goal of Comfort and Quality in Healthcare Services
In his statement regarding the new health investment brought to the district, Mayor of Selçuklu Ahmet Pekyatırmacı stated that they aim to improve the working environments of physicians and provide citizens with more comfortable healthcare services.
Expressing that the project, carried out in coordination with the Provincial Directorate of Health, will be completed and opened for service as soon as possible, Pekyatırmacı emphasized that this investment will meet an important need in the region and strengthen the district's health infrastructure.
