Health Screenings in Tra Ly Ward

Residents living in Tra Ly ward undergo free health checks at regular intervals. Routine check-ups organized by the Commune Health Center have uncovered many cases of hypertension and musculoskeletal disorders.

Critical Cases Diagnosed Early

During the check-ups, a 5th-grade student at Tra Ly Primary School was diagnosed with ventricular septal defect, a congenital heart disease. Following guidance given to the child's family, the patient was transferred to Thai Binh Children's Hospital and subsequently to the National Children's Hospital.

Scope of Screening Efforts

Approximately 43,300 people live in Tra Ly Ward. As of September 9, more than 15,500 people have received free periodic health checks, reaching a rate of about 36 percent. All children under 6 years of age have been examined.

Home Visits and Mobile Teams

The commune health center staff conduct health checks for the elderly in residential areas. For citizens with mobility difficulties, the center's mobile team visits their homes to provide examination services.

Findings in Tien Hoa Commune

As a result of two rounds of health checks conducted at the Tien Hoa Commune Health Station, some patients were found to have high blood lipid levels, gout, hypertension, diabetes, and liver cancer screening scores. In addition, numerous new cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma were identified.

Digital Integration and Data Management

Following each examination visit, citizens' information is updated in electronic health records, connected to the national health database, and directly integrated into the VNeID application.
