Having undergone surgery last year due to a malignant mass detected in her lung, Pekkan expressed that she paid the price for her past harmful habits.

Prof. Dr. Meltem Gülhan Halil stated that heavy conditions are not necessary for exercises, which are indispensable to the process, and that simple methods can be applied.

It was pointed out that even people who cannot do anything can sit and stand up from a chair to strengthen their hip and leg muscles or do weight training with a water bottle.
