Providing Flexibility in Tests
For individuals who have previously undergone tests with valid results, repeating the same procedures will not be mandatory; these results can be reused by doctors.

Deputy Minister of Health Vu Manh Ha stated that periodic health check-ups can be carried out in various ways and that individuals who have had examinations during the year will also be included in this scope.

The circular does not mandate a fixed list of paraclinical techniques for routine health checks; procedures are applied according to the doctor's instructions.
VNeID and Electronic Integration
The aim is for citizens to complete level 2 electronic identity verification and to ensure that data is kept accurate, complete, and clean.
