Psycho-Social Risk Training for Health and Social Service Workers Held in Tekirdağ

The third training program of the project developed by the Öz Sağlık-İş Union Academic Board ÖZ-SAM and approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security was implemented in the province of Tekirdağ.

High Participation in the Training Program

Union executives, academics, public representatives, and numerous health and social service worker members attended the program held in Tekirdağ.

Emphasis on Employee-Centric Approach

At the event, which began with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, it was stated that permanent strategies cannot be developed without listening to the field and emphasized the importance of an employee-centric approach.

Stress and Mobbing Issues Addressed

Within the scope of the project, expert presentations were made on methods to combat mobbing in working life and stress management among healthcare workers.

Program Concluded with Certificate Ceremony

At the end of the training program, certificates were presented to the participants, and the organization concluded with a group photo session taken in commemoration of the day.
