Pursuant to the relevant articles of the Government Decree dated 2023 and numbered 96, health centers are required to meet the necessary conditions before organizing practical training and to declare this in due form.
Status of Physicians Unable to Obtain Licenses
The practical training periods of physicians working in centers acting contrary to the regulations are deemed invalid, and therefore they are not entitled to receive a professional license.
