In an interview with US-based CBS News, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei's health condition is stable and that the wounds he sustained in the attacks have completely healed.
Seven-Hour Meeting
Pezeshkian shared with the public that he had met with Khamenei twice recently, and one of these meetings lasted for more than 7 hours.
Wounds Have Healed
Stating that Mojtaba Khamenei, who has not appeared in public since February of this year, is in good health, Pezeshkian conveyed that the wounds on his face and legs have completely healed.
Diplomatic Decision-Making Process
Pezeshkian also touched upon the decision-making process for diplomatic matters in Iran, stating that a 6-member team consisting of representatives from security institutions, parliament, and the government has come together for consultation.
