Yeni Parti Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba suddenly fell ill, experiencing a loss of consciousness and fainting while visiting market tradesmen in Malatya. Following the incident, the deputy was rapidly intervened by 112 Emergency Health teams dispatched to the region and transferred to the hospital.

Hospital Precaution and Chief Physician's Statement

It was stated that Veli Ağbaba, who was taken to Inönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center, suffered a syncope. Hospital Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Erol Karaaslan stated that no pathology or negative findings were encountered in all clinical evaluations and tests performed.

While emphasizing that there is no life-threatening situation, it was announced that the deputy will be monitored in the coronary intensive care unit for a while as a precautionary measure.

Malatya Governor Seddar Yavuz, Malatya Provincial Health Director Spec. Dr. Cezmi Karaca, and Inönü University Faculty of Medicine Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Aslan came to the hospital to receive information from authorities about the treatment process.

Veli Ağbaba, in a statement via his social media account, stated that he experienced a short-term health problem, that his health condition is good, and thanked everyone who extended get-well wishes.
