Social media dispute in Bağcılar ends in bloodshed: Two injured, one arrested

A disagreement that started via social media in Istanbul's Bağcılar district turned into a knife fight. Two people were injured in the incident, and one of the four suspects caught by police teams was arrested.
How the Incident Occurred
A knife fight broke out between two groups in the Demirkapı neighborhood of Istanbul's Bağcılar district on Friday, September 18. Upon receiving a report of a knife assault in the neighborhood, teams from the Istanbul Police Department's Bağcılar District Police Directorate rushed to the scene.
Condition of the Injured
Examinations revealed that M.E.D. and B.D. had been stabbed. It was reported that M.E.D., who was taken to the hospital by medical teams, remains in critical condition, while B.D.'s health status is good.
Investigation and Examination
Investigations conducted by the Public Order Bureau teams revealed that the fight was unrelated to gangs or drugs. It was determined that a scuffle broke out when the parties, who had been arguing on social media, ran into each other.
Judicial Process
Four detained suspects were referred to the courthouse. Among the suspects, E.B.S. was arrested, while judicial control provisions were applied to the other three.
