A Total of 43 New Facilities Rising in the Field of Youth and Sports in Malatya
A total of 43 new facilities consisting of major complexes, indoor artificial turf pitches, youth centers, and various branch fields currently under construction are being brought to the city across Malatya.
A total of 43 new investments consisting of major sports complexes, youth centers, indoor artificial turf pitches, and basketball and volleyball courts—where children and young people can play sports, socialize, and support their personal development—are being implemented across Malatya.
Major Sports Complexes
The Tecde Sports Complex, TOKİ Karagöz Sports Complex, Kaynarca and Çarmuzu complexes, and the Karahan Sports Complex, whose construction continues in different regions of Malatya, are being brought to the city as modern facilities.
Barrier-Free Living and Sports
Work is continuing intensively on the second phase of the Yeşiltepe Barrier-Free Living and Sports Center, which was implemented to support the stronger participation of individuals with disabilities in sporting and social life.
Neighborhood-Scale Facilities
In addition to major complexes, 11 indoor artificial turf pitches, 17 basketball and volleyball courts, and 1 archery range are being built across the city to increase sports opportunities in neighborhoods.
New Youth Centers
The Metropolitan Municipality is implementing the İkizce, Çamurlu, Yıldıztepe, Gelinciktepe, Çilesiz, Taştepe, and Başharık youth centers to create areas where young people can socialize and learn.
Multi-Functional Living Spaces
The facilities where various sports branches can be practiced include numerous sporting and social areas such as artificial turf pitches, fitness halls, neighborhood libraries, cafeterias, locker rooms, and coach rooms.

Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Sami Er emphasized that investments targeting youth are of great importance for the city's future and add value to the city's future.
