Continuing its mid-season transfer window efforts, Galatasaray has gained an advantage by surpassing its rivals in the transfer of Portuguese footballer Bruno Fernandes, who plays for Manchester United.

Important Development in the Transfer Race

Striking developments are taking place regarding the situation of Portuguese star Bruno Fernandes within the Galatasaray camp, as they continue their mid-season transfer efforts. The yellow-red team has taken a step forward in the transfer race they entered with Juventus and Milan to add the experienced player to their squad.

Italian Press Claims and Financial Terms

According to reports in the Italian press, Serie A giants are struggling to meet the player's financial demands. In contrast, it is stated that the economic conditions offered by Galatasaray are found more attractive by the Bruno Fernandes camp.

Contract Status and Plans

The British press wrote that a full consensus has not yet been reached between Manchester United and the 32-year-old footballer regarding the option in his contract. If the contract is not extended, the yellow-reds plan to make contact in January to finalize a free transfer at the end of the season or, if conditions are suitable, add him to the squad with a transfer fee during the mid-season window.

Season Performance

Making 7 official appearances for Manchester United this season, the 32-year-old footballer contributed to his team with 4 goals and 1 assist. The star player's efficient performance on the field increases the interest in the transfer process.
