Serdal Adalı Makes Statements on VAR Decisions and Managerial Process

Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı shared details with the public regarding the agreement process with Italian manager Vincenzo Italiano.

It was stated that within the scope of the managerial search conducted alongside Coach Önder, after a setback in Italiano's talks with Napoli, a trip was made to Italy to finalize the transfer.

Vlahovic Transfer Process

Speaking about the Vlahovic transfer, Adalı stated that the Italian manager indicated the process could take time.

The Beşiktaş President emphasized that despite all these warnings and time costs, he personally preferred to wait.

Reaction to VAR and the Central Referee Board

Showing a strong reaction to referee decisions and VAR applications, Adalı said that six of their goals, which no one could object to, were disallowed this season.

Stating that they do not understand the insistence on the current Central Referee Board (MHK) and its team, the president expressed that the notion of a power being used against the club has formed.

Warning Regarding Events

He warned that if the current course continues, events could occur whose control they might lose.

Adalı stated that if this situation happens, everyone will regret it later and no one should resort to such a path.
