Various sports tournaments and events held in Da Nang go beyond offering physical training spaces, serving as powerful charitable bridges that raise funds for those in need, poor students, and disadvantaged groups in mountainous areas.

CEO F3 Cup and Charity Activities

The CEO F3 Cup charity football tournament was organized as a vibrant event that brought together many compassionate hearts for those in need in the mountainous regions of Da Nang.

Organized by the CEO F3 Football Club on the field in Ngu Hanh Son ward, 4 teams consisting of 60 athletes participated, raising 103 million VND in cash.

Cup Auctions and Support

During the closing ceremony, two championship trophies were auctioned off to raise funds and were acquired by philanthropists with high bids.

Mr. Le Minh Thang won the Category B trophy and donated solar-powered lighting, while Mr. Tran Ngoc Thien showed his support by bidding for the Category A trophy.

Compassionate Football Tournament and Aid

The 3rd Compassionate Football Tournament of 2026, organized by the Compassionate Charity Association, focused on sick children and orphans in the mountainous regions.

With the proceeds, meals and gifts were provided to children in the hospital, while notebook and book sets were delivered to children in the mountainous areas.

Pickleball Tournament and Support for Students

Alongside football, community-oriented organizations in disciplines such as pickleball, golf, and tennis have also seen an increase.

At the tournament organized by the Son Tra Ward Business Association, hundreds of gifts and scholarships were distributed to disadvantaged students.

DUE Golf Tournament and Good Seeds Fund

The DUE Golf 2026 charity golf tournament brought participants together to establish and develop the Good Seeds scholarship fund.

Supporting disadvantaged students at the university, this fund continues to provide millions of VND in scholarships during academic years.

Assessments by Local Leaders

Tao Viet Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, stated that such tournaments have become a popular movement in the city.

It was emphasized that the events enhance community cohesion and social responsibility alongside improving health.
