Announced at a launch event in Hanoi, the Vietnam Blue Dragon Awards aim to transform the country's rich cultural heritage into a global soft power by blending it with modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and virtual reality.
Cultural Heritage and Digital Transformation
Implemented by the Institute of Innovation and Digital Transformation, the program aims to reinterpret Vietnam's cultural values in accordance with the requirements of the digital age.
Supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ministry of Science and Technology, this initiative prioritizes the preservation of traditional heritage through technological tools and its transmission to future generations.
Award Categories and Scope
The program will present awards in six main categories: Blue Dragon Heritage Awards, Green Dragon Destination Brand, Blue Dragon Award for Cultural Industries, Blue Dragon Innovation Award, Blue Dragon STEAM, and Blue Dragon Impact Award.
These categories aim to build a strong network in the sector by encouraging projects that transform cultural depth into creative resources.
Application Process and Participation
Candidates who wish to participate in the award program can submit their applications digitally through the designated official websites.
In addition to digital applications, candidates can also participate in the process by submitting their physical files to the organization office located in Hanoi.
