The Da Nang City People's Committee officially announced the August 2026 scoring results of departments, agencies, and local administrations in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Scope of Scoring and General Evaluation
A total of 108 institutions, units, and localities were included in the evaluation process. Within this scope, 15 departments and agencies, along with 93 commune and ward People's Committees, were subject to review.
General Average and Score Distribution
The city's overall average score was realized at 57.87. The departments and agencies group scored 50.64 points, while the commune and ward People's Committees group reached 59.04 points.
Performance Distribution of Units
In the evaluation, no unit across the city achieved a perfect score. A total of 2 units received good scores, 90 units received fair/average scores, and 16 units remained below 50 points.
Performance Analysis by Criteria
All institutions achieved a full 20 out of 20 points in the criterion of fulfilling tasks. The citizen services criterion averaged 19.37 points, while the data creation and sharing criterion was the weakest area with 0.74 points.
Ranking Among Departments
The Department of Science and Technology ranked first with 78.51 points, receiving a good rating. This institution was followed by the City People's Committee Office and the Department of Home Affairs.
Commune and Ward Results
Among the commune and ward People's Committees, the Thanh Khe Ward People's Committee took the top spot with 70.67 points, receiving a good rating. Other successful committees secured positions in the upper ranks.
Requested Steps from Local Governments
The City People's Committee requested relevant departments and managers to urgently review and analyze the reasons for the low-scoring criteria.
