The notice issued by the Government Office requires ministries, agencies, and local authorities to be directly responsible for the implementation of tasks related to science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Task Timeline and Objectives
Delayed tasks must be resolutely addressed and updated in the Monitoring System. Relevant ministries are targeted to complete database tasks by November 30, 2026, while land registration records and the national land database are aimed to be finalized by the end of 2027.
The Role of Businesses and Commercialization
The Ministry of Science and Technology will work to remove bottlenecks in the commercialization of research results. It is emphasized that companies should play a central role in digital transformation, with major enterprises taking the lead in this process.
