International transportation corridors
The capacity, continuity, and competitiveness of international transportation corridors, especially the Middle Corridor and the Development Road, will be increased.
Strengthening of railway projects
The Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway Line, the Kars-Iğdır-Aralık-Dilucu Railway Project, and the Zangezur Corridor connections will be made more effective.
Persian Gulf and European connection
Within the scope of the Development Road, railway and highway connections extending from the Persian Gulf through Turkey to Europe will be developed.
Strategic supply and early intervention
Strategic supply mechanisms and early intervention systems will be established in order to reduce foreign dependency on critical inputs, products, and technologies.
