Kayseri Culture Road Festival Has Begun
The Culture Road Festival, which will last for nine days in Kayseri, officially opened its doors with a ceremony at the Kayseri Castle Inside Archaeology Museum.

Event Diversity
Experiencing the excitement of the festival for the second time, the city will bring together its deep-rooted values ranging from Kültepe Kanesh-Karum to Seljuk heritage, and from Mount Erciyes to traditional arts, through 185 events ranging from concerts to exhibitions, and from theater to workshops.
Protocol Participation
The opening of the festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, was attended by Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Serdar Çam, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç, members of parliament, and numerous art enthusiasts.
Future Vision
In his speech, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç stated that Kayseri will strengthen its position with the titles of the Turkic World Capital of Culture in 2027 and the World Capital of Sports in 2029.
Gastronomy and Promotion
Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Serdar Çam emphasized that the festival will promote Kayseri cuisine and its 34 flavor points. Governor Gökmen Çiçek stated that the festival, held between September 5 and 13, will make a significant contribution to the promotion of the city.
Exhibition Visits
Following the opening, protocol members visited the exhibitions 'Sacred Relics of the Ottomans', 'Living Heritage: Kayseri', and 'Household'.
Concert Schedule
Throughout the festival, names such as Mert Demir, Ceza, Ahmet Şafak, Buray, Özcan Deniz, Oğuzhan Koç, Kıraç, Murat Boz, and Sefo will give concerts.
