The renowned international music ensemble National Arab Orchestra will give concerts in Ankara and Istanbul as part of the festival.
The Türkiye Culture Route Festival is preparing to bring the world-renowned National Arab Orchestra together with music lovers in Turkey for the first time. The ensemble, conducted by Maestro Michael Ibrahim, will take the stage in Ankara and Istanbul at the end of September.
First Concerts in Turkey
The Türkiye Culture Route Festival continues to bring important ensembles from the international music world together with art lovers. In this context, the National Arab Orchestra will meet with music lovers in Turkey for the first time.
Profile of the Orchestra and Conductor
Founded in 2009, the orchestra, whose content on YouTube has reached high viewing figures, interprets traditional musical heritage with contemporary arrangements. The musical directorship of the orchestra is undertaken by Michael Ibrahim.
Soloist Nai Barghouti
Palestinian vocalist Nai Barghouti, who has been deemed worthy of numerous international awards, will serve as the soloist for the concert program and accompany the ensemble.
Concert Dates and Venues
The ensemble will take the stage on September 26 at the CSO Ada Ankara Ziraat Bankası Main Hall in Ankara, and on the evenings of September 27 and 28 at the Istanbul AKM Türk Telekom Opera Hall.
