State Ballet of Georgia is Coming to Turkey with Swan Lake
Under the direction of Nina Ananiashvili, the State Ballet of Georgia will present the famous Swan Lake ballet to art lovers in Istanbul and Ankara in January 2027.
Swan Lake, one of the masterpieces of the classical ballet repertoire, is preparing to meet audiences in Turkey with Tchaikovsky's unforgettable music and the interpretation of the State Ballet of Georgia. As part of the tour organized by Piu Entertainment, the company will take the stage in Istanbul and Ankara.

Swan Lake, one of the most important works of the classical ballet repertoire with music by Tchaikovsky, is coming to Turkey through the interpretation of the State Ballet of Georgia. The performances, organized by Piu Entertainment, will offer unforgettable moments to art enthusiasts.
Choreography and Art Direction
Based on the classical choreography by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov, the staging of the production was prepared by world-renowned prima ballerina Nina Ananiashvili and Alexey Fadeechev. The company has been continuing its work under Ananiashvili's artistic direction since 2004.
Live Orchestra Accompaniment
During the Istanbul performances, Tchaikovsky's unique music will be performed live by the Piu Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Conductor Levan Jagaev. This special accompaniment will offer audiences a musically rich experience.
Istanbul and Ankara Program
The State Ballet of Georgia will meet art lovers in Istanbul with the Swan Lake performance on January 16, 2027, at the Zorlu PSM Turkcell Stage with sessions at 14.30 and 19.30. The production's Ankara performance will take place on January 17 at ATO Congresium.
