First Deliveries in TOKİ Rental Housing Project in Istanbul Begin in September

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the first deliveries of the rental housing project, implemented to support urban transformation and reduce rental inflation in Istanbul, will be made in September.
Countdown for Housing Deliveries
Minister Murat Kurum stated at the Istanbul Climate Finance Summit held at the Istanbul Financial Center that the rental housing project has reached its final stage. He shared the information that the first residences will be delivered to the beneficiaries within the month of September.
Application Requirements to be Announced
Stating that the President will provide information regarding the details of the project, Kurum noted that the official announcement regarding the conditions under which the residences can be rented will be shared with the public within the coming week.
Climate Finance and Green Transformation
Touching upon the issue of combating climate change at the summit, Minister Kurum shared details with the participants about projects such as the Climate Implementation Bridge and the Sustainable Urban Resilience Finance Activity, which are being carried out within the scope of the COP31 Presidency.
