Urban Transformation 'Half From Us' Campaign Extended and TOKİ Discount Begins
While the application period for the 'Half From Us' Campaign has been extended, it was announced that a 25 percent discount will be applied to citizens who pay off their TOKİ debts early.
The duration of the 'Half From Us' Campaign, which provides support during the urban transformation process, has been extended until December 31, 2027. Additionally, a discount opportunity was announced for those who pay their TOKİ debts in advance.
Campaign Period Extended
It was stated that the funding provided for citizens wishing to transform their homes will continue and the process has been extended. It was expressed that the number of independent units whose transformation process has been initiated is 544,000. It was noted that the campaign period was extended so that no citizen is deprived of this support.
25 Percent Discount on TOKİ Debts
It was emphasized that nearly 2 million social housing units have been produced by TOKİ to date. It was announced that a new discount campaign has been launched covering 228,000 beneficiaries who are continuing their payments.
Discount Dates and Conditions
It was reported that a 25 percent discount will be applied to citizens who pay off their entire debt in advance between September 22 and October 19. It was stated that those who cannot close their entire debt can benefit from the same rate of discount if they make a payment of at least 25 percent on the remaining balance.
