At Bayburt State Hospital, healthy nutrition training was organized for healthcare workers within the framework of the September 3-9 Public Health Week.

Content and Main Topics of the Training

In the training given to the healthcare personnel by Dietitian Canan Çantaoğlu, the basic elements of healthy and balanced nutrition were discussed in detail.

Throughout the program, comprehensive information was conveyed to the participants regarding the definition of nutrition, the importance of healthy nutrition, essential nutrients, and food groups.

Obesity and Daily Meal Routine

The training also focused on the causes of obesity and the potential health problems it can cause in human health.

It was emphasized and explained to the participants how important the daily meal routine is in the process of healthy nutrition.

Information Stand at the Outpatient Clinic Entrance

Within the scope of Public Health Week activities, a special information stand was set up at the entrance of the hospital's outpatient clinic.

Through the established stand, informative brochures regarding preventive health services were distributed to patients and their relatives visiting the hospital.
