Cooperation Meeting Held Between Azerbaijan and Syria
During the meeting held on the occasion of the forum in Baku, the development of commercial and strategic relations between the two countries was discussed.

According to the statement made by the Cabinet of Ministers, attention was drawn during the meeting to the importance of the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum in terms of regional cooperation.
Positive Momentum in Bilateral Relations
During the meeting, it was emphasized that relations between Azerbaijan and Syria have been developing with a stable and positive momentum recently.
It was noted that contacts between leaders deepen political dialogue and create a strong basis for expanding areas of cooperation.
Energy and Humanitarian Projects
At the meeting, Azerbaijan's natural gas supply to Syria was evaluated as one of the most important examples of practical and strategic economic cooperation.
Additionally, the importance of humanitarian initiatives carried out with the support of the Azerbaijani Government for the reconstruction of educational infrastructure in Syria was highlighted.
Future Perspectives
During the meeting, future perspectives for more effectively utilizing the existing potential in trade, economy, investment, energy, and infrastructure fields were discussed.
The meeting, which was also attended by Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov, concluded with the determination to deepen cooperation between the two countries.
